Planning a wedding isn’t just about booking a florist, choosing a DJ, tastings, and gift registries. It’s all about us telling your unique love story. We get to know our couples on a personal level and typically end up as friends. Of course we love planning and designing weddings but none of that matters without you. That’s why during our initial consultation, we take time to find out how you and your fiancé met, how you or they proposed, what you love about each other, and how we can sprinkle that throughout your wedding day. We Loved Working with Kara! We had the most amazing time working with Kara and the whole team! From the very first meeting Kara understood our vision for our wedding and did everything to make sure our wedding day went off without a hitch--and it did! My husband and I were planning our wedding in a short amount of time and from out of town, making our planning process more challenging than most. Kara was able to accommodate our busy schedule and was so communicative with concern or question I had. Kara's experience, organization, connections in the industry, and passion for event planning made working with her so easy. I highly recommend working with them!

I loved Kara! She was absolutely amazing! She set up our whole reception and ceremony flawlessly and took it down when it was all over! She dealt with unforeseen circumstances with our venue like such a pro. Our wedding day would have been a mess without her. She is well worth every dime we paid!

KC Wedding & Events was the MOST important investment we made toward our daughter’s wedding. Kara was not only available all the time but she was a God sent as we did not realize the minor/ major details that slipped our minds at the last minute. She thought of things that would never have crossed our minds. With that being said, we avoided costly mistakes.

The most important thing we needed was to have someone create and keep all people involved to a specific schedule.
Kara accomplished that perfectly without any problems or at least we don’t know about any! Having Kara made planning non stressful and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend KC Weddings & Events for any event. You will not be disappointed. We know we are eternally grateful for all of the help we received during the entire process. Kara is the superstar of wedding planning. We hired Kara last year as the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. Kara was in charge of coordinating with all vendors. She is engaging, responsive to all requests and very passionate about this job. My daughter's wedding was originally scheduled in May 2020 and had to be rescheduled twice due to the pandemic. Kara guided us through this process reaching out to all vendors to coordinate the wedding in May 2021. As a father my job was easy as Kara coordinated directly with all of us as far as the schedule for the big day. The wedding was a spectacular success and my daughter and her husband were amazed at the celebration that my wife and I coordinated with Kara. Amanda Abd wedding I would give Kara Cardinal a 1000/10 for her wedding planner services without hesitation! From the moment we met her we were greeted with the warmest smile and feelings of comfort that she has got us on our big day and leading up to it. Some of the things we were looking for in a planner were their niceness/ability to get along with us and others, their organization, their affordability, and their quality. We read reviews of Kara and her team which gave us comfort using her. This is why I’m here today to tell you to book Kara Cardinal! She is nothing but the sweetest and most organized planner out there! Her price point was absolutely perfect as well considering the amount of work she did for us. On my wedding day everything happened behind the scenes without me being involved. Kara made sure I was not bothered and got to enjoy my entire day. Her planning application was absolutely amazing and made it so easy to keep track of anything. First biggest piece of advice is to hire a wedding planner and second piece is to hire Kara Cardinal and her team! Couldn’t have done my wedding day without her, thanks again for everything Kara. Planning a wedding is stressful! Adding on COVID, travel restrictions, and our wedding being far away (we live in DC but our wedding was in my dad’s backyard in Naples due to COVID) made us realize we might need some help, but how do you choose the right person? We did some searches on google, theknot, etc and came across Kara and her positive reviews. We had nothing but positive experiences from the very first email! Wedding planners might seem like something you don’t need if you’re on a tight budget but trust us, Kara will take all the stress away from the process so that you can actually have FUN with the planning and more importantly, the actual event. Kara was professional, timely, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and had a wonderful relationship with the vendors to make sure we got what we needed. She is also fun to be around and made every step exciting for us. She even let us throw some curve balls her way as late as the day before the wedding (we decided we NEEDED a keg after all our drinks were mysteriously gone after the rehearsal dinner and she said no problem!). If you’re considering hiring a planner, LOOK NO FURTHER! Hire Kara and her team and you will not regret it.

Where do I start with Kara! From before we even officially hired her, she and I clicked immediately. She is so incredibly attentive, sweet, talented and easy to get along with! The thought of even planning a wedding before I had her gave me panic attacks. Having Kara along the way helped us relax and made sure everything was set for our big day. Kara is the absolute best wedding planner you could ever hope for. She helped us not only plan our wedding, but our destination wedding when we were on the other side of the country. Our day was beyond perfect, it was everything we wished for and more. We truly believe without Kara it wouldn’t have been that way and definitely wouldn’t have gone as smoothly. Kara was the calm in our stressful storm of wedding planning, the minute she took over everything went perfectly! Not to mention everyone at our wedding loved her because of how amazing she was!
