KC Weddings & Events is a full-service event planning and design company based in the southern half of Florida. Our team simplifies the planning process for our clients in order to design and create beautiful and lasting memories. We manage all aspects of your event from concept to completion. From beach and destination weddings to private events and milestone birthday parties – We’ve planned and coordinated events throughout Southwest Florida and South Florida.

Planning a wedding isn’t just about booking a florist, choosing a DJ, tastings, and gift registries. It’s all about us telling your unique love story. We get to know our couples on a personal level and typically end up as friends. Of course we love planning and designing weddings but none of that matters without you. That’s why during our initial consultation, we take time to find out how you and your fiancé met, how you or they proposed, what you love about each other, and how we can sprinkle that throughout your wedding day. We don’t try to sell you on our packages; we show you how your love story can be told through the five senses to ensure the most amazing guest experience.

Overall we had a wonderful experience working with Kara! She was down to earth yet professional throughout the planning process. We needed her to help plan a destination wedding and could trust that she would help coordinate with vendors when we were not there physically. I want to start out by saying that Kara is an ANGEL. This amazing, hardworking women helped me plan my dream wedding during a pandemic, which is no easy task. She was there for every freak-out (there were many lol), vendor meeting, design-related details, or just a shoulder to cry on (there were also many of those). She made my entire wedding planning process, which lasted almost an entire year, so easy and alleviated as much stress as she possibly could from me. She put together the most beautiful design plan for me, a flawless timeline, coordinated and recommended the BEST vendors in our area, and made my wedding day stress-free. She was even willing to round up my pups during our wedding (along with 10000 other things she had to do) so we could have our fur babies included in our wedding. Pretty sure she still has scratch marks/leash burns from trying to control 2 50 Lb dogs- now that is some freaking dedication. Kara- I adore you and will always be thankful that I had you on the most important day of my life.

KC Wedding & Events was the MOST important investment we made toward our daughter’s wedding. Kara was not only available all the time but she was a God sent as we did not realize the minor/ major details that slipped our minds at the last minute. She thought of things that would never have crossed our minds. With that being said, we avoided costly mistakes.

The most important thing we needed was to have someone create and keep all people involved to a specific schedule.
Kara accomplished that perfectly without any problems or at least we don’t know about any! Having Kara made planning non stressful and actually enjoyable. Brian and Kara were an amazing duo! My saving grace and sanity came from them being my wedding planners. Organized, smart, and professional. Kara took the time to listen to me vent on the phone more than once and told me all of my concerns whatever they happened to be that day made sense and assured me everything would be fine. It was. She helped calm me and helped my day come together. The most import part this amazing duo kept reminding me was the marriage part, that no matter what to keep my future spouse in mind and that no matter what went wrong to enjoy my day and keep my eye on the ball which was to marry my husband. My wedding was perfect and it's thanks to these two. If you are getting married I highly recommend KC Weddings and Events, they were as important as the dress and the venue! Kara Made Our Wedding Day Absolutely Perfect Our experience with KC Weddings & Events was truly a 10/10 — we can’t imagine our wedding day without Kara! From the very beginning, she was incredibly detail-oriented, attentive, and responsive, making the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
